KEY FEATURES

There are five cottages that sleep 23 people as follows:

• Derwent Cottage - three bedrooms for 6 people

• Dovedale Cottage - three bedrooms for 6 people

• Henmore Cottage - two bedrooms for 4 people

• Summer Cottage - two bedrooms for 4 people

• Lathkill Cottage - two bedrooms for 3 people

Each cottage has its own bathroom, living area and kitchen, as well as the bedrooms.  It's perfect set-up, if you have members of the group who like to be able to step away every now and then. 

The Cottages

The new communal kitchen is in a separate building which is just across the courtyard.  In addition to the kitchens in the cottages, we provide everything you'll need for a comfortable stay. 

• Two Ovens, Hob, Microwave, Dishwasher, Toaster, Kettle, Large Fridge/Freezer, Nespresso Coffee machine, washing machine, and dryer. 

• Cookware for 23 people

• Glasses for 23 people (champagne, wine, high ball, pint glasses)

• Crockery and cutlery for up to 30 people (including large, medium, and small plates, pasta and cereal bowls, cups, mugs, etc.)

• We also leave dishwasher tablets, washing up liquid, washing up cloths, bin bags, tea towels, and oven gloves.

COMMUNAL KITCHEN

​Alongside the Communal Kitchen, is the dining area and social space, which includes.

• Dining area with seating for 23 people.

• Large TV and sound system.

• Two additional WCs.

Please note - If you book the cottages individually or just one or two, there is a £250.00 supplement to gain access to the communal area.

DINING AND SOCIAL SPACE

The Cottages look out over beautiful private south-facing gardens with plenty of space to explore and play games. 

This garden and the terraces are bathed in sun throughout the day, and are exclusive to cottage guests.

We also have a grassy area next to the Communal space with large picnic tables so that you can all eat outside together and we provide Charcoal Barbecues.
