Cycling is one of the most popular things to do in Derbyshire.  There are miles of cycle tracks and many places to hire bikes from, if you don't bring your own.

Derbyshire is steeped in history - from the lead mining industry that fueled the building of homes such as Stainsborough Hall to the Arkwright mills that lead the industrial revolution and the stately homes of Chatsworth and Haddon Hall.  There is plenty to see.


The countryside of Derbyshire and the Peak District offers some of the most scenic walks in the country.  We've got many recommendations of where you can go.
