Guest Communication and Assistance

BEFORE YOU ARRIVE

  • You will receive access to our online guide which should answer any questions you have.

  • We'll send out a pre-arrival questionnaire so that we have a bit more information about your needs.

  • We're always available by email and telephone to answer any questions you may have. 

DURING YOUR STAY

  • A member of our team is usually onsite between 10 am and 3pm during the week. 

  • At other times you'll be given an emergency Whatsapp number to call with any questions or issues.  We always have someone available less than 10 mintues away to help in emergencies.
