Self-catering accommodation in the heart
of stunning Derbyshire countryside
Stainsborough Hall and its five independent holiday cottages provide a beautiful base for an idyllic, pet-friendly, country getaway for the whole family.
Located on the shores of Carsington Water, with direct access to the traffic-free trail around the reservoir, the Stainsborough Hall estate is an ideal holiday destination for walkers, cyclists, and holidaymakers looking to take advantage of the stunning scenery. And, while the cottages are set in a stunning rural and remote location, local attractions such as the Heights of Abraham, Cromford, Matlock, Ashbourne, and The Peak District National Park are all within a 10-minute drive of the property.
The five individual cottages are located around a dedicated courtyard and have either two or three bedrooms. Each cottage has it's own front and back door, and a separate outdoor seating area - so you are isolated from any other guests.
Once inside, the clever design makes it feel like you are in your own world and they are very well insulated so you won't even know anyone else is there.
